• Hygiene Exclusions: For biological safety, we cannot accept returns on opened nutritional products, unsealed medications, or used grooming tools.
• Faulty Equipment: If a mechanical pet feeder or high-tensile harness fails due to a technical defect, we provide a full replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
• Return Process: All returns must be authorized via connect@temroxi.link. Items should be returned to our 14 Susan Terrace facility in their original protective housing to prevent structural damage during transit.
